Hello!
I bought a 4270 about 5 months ago. When I bought it, it has a very weak left channel, basically no sound. You have to turn the volume up all the way to get any sound out. Every other channel works fine. After pulling the pre-main bridges and putting the right preamp into the left main in, the left channel comes alive, so i’ve narrowed the issue to the preamp stage. I’ve already went through all pots and switches with deoxit, nothing has helped. I haven’t even gotten it working for a second, this is what leads me to believe it’s a hardware issues. I bought an oscilloscope and it’s arriving tomorrow, so i’d like to know where to start.
Any advice/help is really appreciated!
