So i decided to work on the literal worst unit you can possibly imagine to work on. I bought the unit used and someone had done some serious damage to all the wires. I think I've gotten all the wires sorted out. Whenever i run switch the power selector switch to 70 watts the DC relay kicks out and shorts my unit causing my dim bulb to glow bright. It will keep doing this until you push the main speaker button where your speaker is hooked up to. Now when speakers aren't hooked up to it and you push the main button on 70 watts, the unit wont kick out the protection relay. Also! when i hook up my 8 ohm dummy load to the unit, the relay wont kick out when the speaker select switch is engaged. I had to rewire the 70wx2/25wx4 switch. Does anyone have a good close up picture of this switch where i can see which wires are normally closed. Also maybe a pretty good photo of the bottom of the unit? And any feedback on my problem is greatly appreciated!
