Marantz 4400 - Fuse FP02

Hi,
I'm from Brazil, and Marantz is not a very common receiver here, but I always dreamed of having.

The fuse when equipment arrived, was broken. Soon I tried to resurface recap the on change all capacitor on psu.
And continued burning fuse FP02 only the board fuse (PP01) without the whip J813 (including only with this fuse without FP01,03,04,05, 06), persist problem, but others without FP02, no short.
Only the power board PP01 with all fuses, not short circuit and no damage fuse. There is no short circuit between the terminals (possible damage to the connectors, for example).
When I remove the wire bridge (black drizzle) J812 to J805, i remove short circuit.
All capacitors exchanged and reviewed the polarity and their respective characteristics.
There are no diodes in the short and the resistive value within the range.
There are short in J801 terminals j809 between them (WITH THE J804 and J805 exception that by default are together)
Transistors 2SC945 and 2sc1318 replaced.
Replaces 2 D331E for 2 MJE15032G (was what I had), even without them, short persists.
There is no short circuit between the terminals of capacitors.

I need help.

Excuse my english, i speak spanish and portuguese at the Brazil.

Best Regards / Tks for help.
