Marantz 600 speakers need your help!
I am desperately trying to get any concrete information on the Marantz 600 speakers. Specifically when they were built and what they cost new. Also, what other models were made (200, 400, 600 and maybe the 800?)
I could be wrong but based on some information from this site I believe they were made in 1979/1980? and production ceased mid year due to Marantz being sold and possibly the passing of legendary speaker designer Ed May.
Would love to hear from any person who is knowledgable on this subject, especially an ex dealer or even worker from Marantz. Anyone have a brochure on the 600?
Hope to hear back from this very knowledgable group!
