Marantz 6150 speed not stabile

I have a Marantz 6150 that wasn't working spinning properly when changing fro 33 to 45 rpm so I replaced the capacitors. I can't get the speed of the 45 rpm to lock into the strobe and spin consistently. The 33 seems to be fine although it does take a bit to get it locked down. Any suggestions?

After further searching, I found a suggestion that spraying Deoxit on the pots helps if the speed is touchy. I sprayed them and they work perfectly now.
