Marantz 6300 weak channel

Hi everyone,
I am currently restoring Marantz 6300 and I could use fresh pair of eyes/thoughts....
Left channel is significantly weaker, lacking bass etc...
I tried two different cartridge/needle combos...it is the same
When I switch RCA's left/right, weak signal follows, so it is not my pre/amp combo...
Same with phono1/phono2 input...
I recapped the whole PCB with new good quality capacitors...same
The only thing that comes to my mind is to rewire the arm/replace RCA's....
What do you guys think?
Thank you in advance :)

Yeah, I definitely will....is it better to replace the whole wire with new RCA cables or to put binding post on the plinth?
Some people say it is better to avoid those terminals...thanks
