Marantz 7c phono question

Not sure if I am asking this correctly or if it is even important - but what is the phono capacitance of the 7c? I just can't find much information about the phono section. Man it seems that choosing a cartridge and all the details of vinyl playback can be overwhelming. But in my reading of many different sites, forums, etc. the question of capacitance comes up a lot and I was just curious.

Also should I only be using a MM cartridge with the 7c and just avoid moving coils (I know I might could use a HOMC but it may just be easier to stick with a MM)? For now I want to avoid a step up transformer mainly because of the extra cost, etc. Finally is capacitance even that important? Was just wondering about this forums experience.

My system is a vpi scout---->7c---->8.

Thanks for any help or info - I know that the vinyl forum may be a better place for some of these questions but thought I would start here about the capacitance value.

The schematic show 100 picofarads of capacitance, assuming my eyesight is working. Capacitance is important, the more capacitance, the more attenuation of high frequencies. I use Sumiko Blue Point Special High Output moving coil cartridges, you don't need a step up amp or transformer.
