Marantz 7T volume pot replacement question

Hello guys, maybe someone knows if this could be a good replacement for the volume pot for a late marantz 7T (so it needs a 250k pot). I read the the blue velvet alps pot its a good upgrade, but im not shure if this is the real deal.
I prefer the smooth type of pot like the alps and not the stepped ones.

Finally I got the ALPS RK27 250KA Audio Taper, Now im trying to swap it from the original. I already took out the nut that fixes the pot to the front faceplate. But the pot still feels pretty fixed to the structure. Is there another nut/bolt inside or something that I have to work out to take it out? maybe unscrew the the pot itself?

I prefere to take the pot first to see clearly how it is soldered to the boards so i can replicate it backwards.

If anyone can giveme a hint ?

Already found out. Have to take al the face plate first and then theri is another nut to take off.
