Marantz CD6006 with receiver 2250B

Hi there!

I'm just about buying a new Marantz CD 6006 player for my vintage Marantz 2250B. For me it is just a matter to plug it into the aux inputs but I just read that it might have some issues with vintage stuff???? Does anyone know anything about this?
