MARANTZ Equipment

I bought a storage unit that had some Marantz Stereo equipment and have no idea how to hook it up. I need help with the AMP and the strange plug on the one unit in the pic.
Is there a schematic somewhere that would explain hooking up these strange animals somewhere?
Where might I find a needle for the turntable as well?
