Marantz Model 2015 Questions

So I got a little drunk and ordered a Marantz Model 2015. I bought it for my VPI cliffwood turntable. I know nothing about it. Does it have a phono pre amp in it? Or do I need to hook one up? Also, I have JBL Model 4312 speakers. Will this handle it at 15w? I’m in a apartment so I’m not looking to blow the roof off?

Yes, phono input is there and it is a pretty good match to those JBL speakers, for low volume listening.
For the boozy-2015 (dude, I've been there, I now hvae a full sized black and white, honest to goodness cow hide) the key question is that does it all work? It probably does, but it also could use a cleaning of the controls at minimum.
EDIT: I'm wrong, this phono board has 1327's.

Here's an interesting note. I've recently had the opportunity to refurb a 2010. I checked and the phono boards are nearly identical.
Now, sticking to the point of your phono board question (I'd rather just post pretty pictures, LOL) I found several BAD CAPACITORS on the phono board I was working on.
This is the 300 series board in both units. I have a picture of my notes, which show value of old cap and value of new cap going in. I did this work about a year ago.

It took me a few minutes to find the pics of the phono board, before and after.

After pics. I left those transistors and the fat old waxy caps in there.
Uh, no I didn't have a turntable capable of testing the quality of sound - I was only able to test that it worked and sounded "Ok". I have no good TT

I am to totally blown away impressed at this custom 2015 schematic. I don't know how long it takes to do this, maybe there's a conversion process that gets you half way there and then the rest is manual work?
OMG, can you imagine if we had this quality for all the schematics we use?
Really, what does it take? If some shop can do it for $100 per, we need to take up a collection $ and see how many schematics we can get converted.
Here's a screenshot of part of it - it's the pdf in the AK database

When I was in the service, most every story started with "Well, we got to drinkin'!" These stories usually involved wrecked cars or things on fire, sometimes both.

I'm partial to the stories that start with "Watch this..." or "Hold my beer!"

So I got her. Can’t seem to figure out the issues. First, I think I have a grounding problem. Second, and most worrisome, is that the speakers sound like there is a lot of interference and the sound is coming almost muffled/distorted at points. I rechecked all the wiring, and everything looks correct. Any help on this?

The usual. Start with the easy stuff. Clean all the switches and controls with D5/DN5 (Caig deoxit).
