Marantz Model 27 parts

Hey all, just picked up a 1970 Marantz Model 27 and I'm testing my hand at trying to get it cleaned up. Its fully functioning but definitely needs some TLC. Big issue I am running into is where to get replacement spring clips and FM bar for the back (see photos). Any idea on compatible replacements or where to get them?

Well, if it were mine, I'd look for some modern replacement speaker terminals that work in that space. You may get lucky and find some scavenged parts on ebay though. That antennae is for AM. If you really want AM, you'll have to find donor parts. Not sure if other makes/models will work.

Thanks for the help! I'm going to see later if these are compatible (attached photo). I might just ditch the AM bar altogether-- would there be unwanted effects if I angled to just remove the entire bar from the back?

If you remove the AM bar antenna, you can still use the AM antenna terminal and ground terminal to connect an external antenna. As far as the original speaker terminals go, there are better choices available.

Yes, you are right on that one. I just looked at the schematic for my Model 27 and the bar antenna is used to couple the external AM input to the tuner input circuitry. Don't remove it if you want to use the AM tuner.
