Marantz pM4 - Thoughts

I have a chance of a pm4 - guaranteed by the seller for two years. What are your thoughts or experience with this amp. I'm looking to upgrade my current recapped 2215b and like the specs for the pm4 - though there's a lovely sm8 power amp on the bay at the min. grin

One thing - some pm4s have esotec printed on the facia - this one doesn't - is there a difference?
