Is there a matching Vintage Marantz power amp for my Marantz 1150? Thanks in advance.

Go to this page, where you will notice the 1150 was made from 1976 to 1978.

Any amp made during that time is "matching" for the 1150.

The 1150 already has a 75wpc amp section, so maybe a 250 or 500? The 1150 looks kind of like a 3600 preamp with a 140 amp section.

Best input sensitivity match would be 170dc, 240, 250, 260?, 300dc. All at 1.5v.

Poweramps from Marantz in that particular period were the 140 - 250M - 510 - and 510M.

Off course any poweramp would do - but if you're looking for a "matching" poweramp from Marantz - those are the ones.

regarding the 140 - I see no gain compared to what the 1150 is capable of.
