Marantz repair shop in Northern Virginia?

Hello,
I'm new to AK and so far is been my best resource for vintage Marantz,so thank you members for all the great info shared.
I purchased a 2270 from a local guy here in Alexandria VA,all functions are ok but the radio FM/AM seems that is not working properly.
I'm looking for a person or repair shop in my area,I really don't want to ship it out since it may get damaged.
Anyone in Alexandria,Fairfax,Falls Church or even in MD will be ok.

Stay away from DUMAS Electronics in Fairfax - I took an HK AVR7300 to them for repairs, they charged their minimum, told me parts were NLA (No Longer Available) and returned it to me. I checked with Harman and complained about Parts NLA and they told me parts WERE available --- sent the parts to DUMAS who then came up with some other story. They may be ok for simple audio repairs, I have no idea, but I'd stay away ...

Not sure if these guys do receivers, but you can call and ask -
I HAVE had good luck with Music technology just off Braddock Rd at the Beltway - they have worked on multiple Adcom amps for me and done GREAT!
One of my friends has used them for years too.

It is a bit south of you but I have used Audio Visions on Broad St in Richmond several times. They have a minimum diagnostic fee so you don't pay an arm and a leg to find out the problem and they are extremely fast with the repairs. I don't think I have had anything in there for more than a week before getting a call telling me it is done. I have had no issues with any of their repairs either.

I actually know those guys,Bill and Doug are great they fixed my guitar amps for years,never knew that they also work in receivers.
I will give them call of course.

I used Music Technology for a major overhaul of my Marantz 2270 prior to my retirement move to AZ in 2009. I traveled from Howard Cty, MD to
Springfield Va but the drive was well worth it as they do excellent work and came highly recommended. I purchased the Marantz 2270 new in 1974 and have used it nearly every day since.
