Marantz SA8005 No longer Open or Close

I am working on a Marantz for a client who states it stoped opening and closing...

my troubleshooting process, using a Fluke 116 only I came to the conclusion U403 on the disc driver board is bad... Linear Voltage Regulator BA25BC0-photo attached.

im sure you all know manufacturer schematics are not open source as they should be and are either Unubtainium, or hard to come by.

reverse Engineer that thang!
