Marantz TT problems

Hi I am really bad with computer stuff, see if this make sense

When you move it make sure that the tonearm is in the resting position

That thing wont go down at all. Even when I try to force it. It only moves side to side.

Edit: Nevermind, I think I got it! Now what? The cueing switch still doesn't do anything, though.

Ok, I got everything fixed. I turned it over and everything started working fine but then the platter started turning really slow and it all went downhill from there. All the components inside went back to the positions they were in when the TT was not working...

That's what I do! When I move the tonearm over a record it starts to speed at 33rpm for a second and then it slows down to about 1rpm and everything on the inside goes back to how it is in that picture.

Odd, eh?
