Marantz Twenty Seven / 27 - Faceplate Screws

Hello Everyone! Long time member, first time poster here.

I recently purchased a Marantz 27 and am currently cleaning it up. It had a noisy left channel which I fixed by replacing a 458 transistor on the tone board, and am planning on replacing the remaining transistors on the tone board and re-capping both the tone board and power supply over the next few days.

When I purchased it, I immediately noticed that the faceplate screws were incorrect. Take a look at that ugly screw in the top-left corner:

After opening up the receiver, I found that the faceplate doesn't actually butt up against the chassis (by design?), but is instead spaced 10mm or so away. Looks like previous owner had rigged something up with several nuts to act as spacers:

I ordered what I thought were the correct faceplate screws (reproductions), but turns out they are both too short and the wrong thread diameter:

Seems like I may be missing a stand-off or spacer of some sort? Or are these the wrong fasteners? Anyone with a Model 27 (or similar) able to shed some light on this?

Thanks in advance for any advice! :)

Here are some photos from my 27:

Perfect!!! Thanks so much for this.

These are turning out to be difficult to find, since the internal and external threads are different. The external thread is an M4x0.7, and I'm guessing the internal thread (which receives the screw) is an M2. If I can't find someone parting out their receiver I may need to rig something up myself.

Does anyone know if this faceplate mounting with standoffs is specific to the model 27? I don't remember seeing this on my 2270, but may check.

No problem!

And you're not going to believe this, but I have a totally beat parts Model 23 Tuner (among other things), and I just checked and it uses identical faceplate mounting pieces.

You are totally welcome to this set, send me a PM with your details.

Finished replacing the caps on the power supply yesterday, cleaned everything up, and put the receiver back together with the correct faceplate screws! Really happy with this little guy! Thanks for all the help, everyone!
