I thought I would post this damage for reference to others.
The evaluation is still in progress but my repair optimism is fading.
The damage is confined to the +REG on the right amp, Q11, 112, 113 and 114. Resistor R134 was "Basically" vaporized and blew a quarter inch hole through the board.
Q112 and 114 are the two TO-92's stuck together in a following arrangement. They are blown apart and melted together.
I have a therory.
Lots of carbon contamination and missing traces.
