Mark W. RCM Photo's finally

Excellent work! :thmbsp: If I didn't already have a VPI RCM I'm satisfied with, I'd be getting in line for your production, or else trying to clone it. Getting all the liquid off in two revolutions is what the big factory-made machines do, so yours performs at least as well as them (and from the materials you used, very likely better!).

Think you'll find that really clean records DO sound noticeably better. Enjoy the :music:!

Thanks Guys I printed out the new info and will file it where I can find it should I have a problem. I do have enough of the original diodes to redo the setup as it is now twice more.

Since the reduction is so great on this between the interanl planitary gears in the motor and the 1.5" drive tire on a 6" driven wheel resulting in about 25 rpm the motor even when the vacuum is on or I am scrubbing is under little load so doesn't draw to many amps. I forget the numbers but if it burns up I certainly will upgrade the power supply.
