Marrs Communications belt orders

Just wondering if anyone has had problems with orders from Krista at Marrs Communications? I'm in Canada and placed a big order back in October of 2018, my cheque has been cashed and still have no belts. I've emailed many times and left many messages and she is not responding at all? I'd like to hear if anyone else is having difficulties, I've been ordering from Fred for several years.
