Martin Audio USA Transflex Speakers

Hello!
I have had a pair of Martin Transflex 1650s and I love them. The only issue is the drivers need replacing, Martin Audio's site is down and MMartin0007 is no longer an active user on AK so I have had trouble getting in touch with anyone on this issue. Anyone have experience with Martin Transflex speakers and can recommend replacement drivers?

What's wrong with the drivers? Are the foam surrounds on the woofers rotting and falling apart? That would be a much easier fix than replacing drivers.

Sorry for the late response, my weekend got busier than expected. Here is a link to a google album of pictures of the drivers.

The first photo is of the working driver that seems to be in good order. The last two pictures in the album had, what appears to be an attempt at repairing the driver which you can see has the weird soldering job to fix where the wire attaches to the driver itself.
 
More information: The driver sounds clean but seems to operate at a lower lever that the other speaker. I've tried multiple amps, sources, mono listening and am essentially always able to reproduce the issue. Once in a while it will worl properly for a brief moment about 10 seconds or so and then you can hear the levels drop again. No scratching sounds or muffled noises. I wonder if the soldering repair already done to the problem driver has somehow put it out of phase, as that is almost what it sounds like.
 
That's interesting, to say the least. I'd try reversing the phase and I'd re-solder the joint to make sure here's a good connection.

Just by switching the position of the wires on the binding post on the back is okay for testing reversing the phase correct?

Can you recommend a link or book with a tutorial on getting these measurements? I assume it's not just physical measurements of the driver itself. I have access to a wide array of equipment, including some "measurement" microphones.
 
As far as finding measurements I would look for specifications on this speaker and see what the drivers sensitivity, impedance, and power consumption. Then you can buy a similar driver that matched these specs.
