Mc 2500 or 2300 ?

which of these 2 amps would be better for vintage jbl speakers? i currently use a threshold stasis 500 amp (250wpc). was thinking of going mac... i use a pair of monoblock scott tube 250 tube amps, was also considering Mc 30's? suggestions please. jbl- L 250, L 65, 4343's, and 4330's are used.

I would suggest your best deal on the best unit. Either have plenty of power for your needs.

The 2300 is the big brother to the 250, 2505, 2100, 2105, the all sound very good and essentially the same, just more power, no power guard just power sentry and lots of headroom.

Of the big boy series, I've always preferred the sound of the 2300 over the 2500 and 2600.
