MC in fixed headshell SME 3009 - can fluid damper help?

Hello! :)

I would like to try some lower compliance MC cartridges in my fixed head shell SME 3009 s2 improved tonearm.

My arm has 6.5 g effective mass, so it is only suited for higher compliance MM carts.

Can SME FD 200 fluid damper help?
