MC2255 main capacitor

I understand that the main capacitors of a MC225 amp usually last. The two big capacitors at the back were measured and capacitance are 28.5k uf and 29k uf. May I know if these values are outside the tolerance or out specs and needs to be replaced? Appreciate your feedback.

How do you measure it?
You cannot tell the capacitor is good or bad with just capacitance reading.

it was a removed from the circuit and measured by a tech.

These big caps have a tolerance ±20% or -10+75%

More importantly, what's the ESR and leakage?
