MC30 first rebuild, old versus new circuit which is better?

I did use the 125v taps as my house line usually runs 120-121v. Filaments were 6.3 and 6.5v. Not sure why one amp was higher, just resistor tolerances I guess, but well within spec.

I never found out why the change at C4 or whether it was better or worse for sound reproduction. I thought I would try them, then swap out the caps in one amp and listen for differences, Side by side. But I haven’t found the time, other projects....
