McIntosh 2105 rebuild

Hi,

I am rebuilding a Mc2105 power amp that I picked up recently.

One channel of the amp is dead.

I tracked the problem down to these these transistors on the power output section board.

Q 108-----132-021
Q110------132-032
Q102--132-031
Q104---132-031

These transistors on the input section board are also defective.

Q1---132-054
Q3---132-054
Q5---132-515

The service manual only lists the Mcintosh part number listed above.

Could someone please tell me the correct replacement transistors for these .

Regards
Rajiv

The info I was given via the gentleman in this video ---> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xb5X6mxlJQw

"For the outputs use Motorola (Onsemi) MJ15003G. Get them from B & D Enterprises or another Onsemi distributor..."

The 2100 is the same as the 2105 less the meters.

I found them on Mouser and there are other sites online as well..

Do some searching here and on the 'net - there have been a few rebuilds of these units with details.

Make sure to watch the video as he points out several other trouble spots - most likely the associated resistors (emitter I believe) went out of spec causing the transistors to fail. So you will need to replace any out of spec resistors as well, or you will just blow the transistors again.
