McIntosh 4275 Memory Preset Issue

My 4275 Receiver will not retain station memory presets for more than 24 hours with the receiver off but otherwise plugged in. I suspect a capacitor is at issue as I can't find any batteries referenced in the service manual.

Does anyone have any comments/solutions?
