McIntosh L3M console cabinet

I was hoping someone would be able to help identify if this is indeed an L3m cabinet. It had an mc2105 and mx112 in it and I didn’t even think that the cabinet could be one sold by McIntosh. Did these cabinets have any markings or branding anywhere to confirm what they were?

That’s crazy! Well unfortunately I bought it without the intention of keeping the cabinet(I already have one and my house is only so big). I apologize if this isn’t allowed but is there even a market for these amongst collectors?

yes indeed that is the LM3 cabinet that was the Mediterranean version to match the ML-2M and ML-4M speakers. see attached. i have the whole thing including the two ML-2Ms with grills. i reformed the woofers, the mcintosh EQ is being serviced. i do not plan to keep it, and will eventually attempt to market for sale. i have no idea of value, but do believe rare. please let me know what you end up doing with yours.

I had no where to put it and I needed a quick sale so I had posted it in my local vintage audio group and someone paid me $25 for it. There are 200ish people in the group and he was the only one interested. The style didn’t really stand the test of time sadly but I believe you are correct it’s very rare. Shame they didn’t brand it anywhere:/
