Mcintosh MA6450 stopped working

hello, I am new to the audio world. I was given a McIntosh MA6450, I have had it for two years and the other day the front panel lights went out and so did the sound. The led lights still work but there is no sound coming out of the speakers. Anyway I can test what went wrong? Thank you

You will need a schematic and DVM to probe the power supplies, since one section works.

There are no user serviceable parts inside so best to find a local tech used to working on high end audio equipment and let them fix it.

Thank you, I live on a remote island in Alaska so I do not know of any tech shops. Any recommendations?
 
So when a radio or TV goes down?

You can obviously ship it to a shop in the lower 48 or in BC....I believe there is a AK member in Anchorage....

You can get a schematic from the factory's parts department.
