You have three issues as far as I can see:
(1) The transparent circle that says 'McIntosh' is just a bubble level that appears to have been stuck on top of the arm - it is not part of the standard arm. It looks like whoever put it on got it a bit crooked, but that's nothing to worry about!
(2) The fact that the bubble inside this level is not within the centre circle means that the deck is not level.This will not cause damage but is not ideal, and, if the deck has adjustable feet, it need to be brought up on the right hand side (or down on the left) to level it
(3) Your arm rest/cueing platform is not pointing in the right direction - the silver pivot barrel of the cueing lever should be perpendicular to the arm on the right hand side, and the cueing lever bar roughly following the curve of the arm housing.There should be a screw beneath the arm you can loosen to straighten this.
As an aside, congtratulations on your purchase. Many people instantly deride this deck beacuse of its 'bling' appaearance, but it's a very fine turntable.
