That's kind of an oddball. The same set was also sold under the CBS Columbia name. It was very high end in it's day, and pretty darn rare. Whenever there is a make offer, they either know the asking price is way too high or they have no clue.
 
Bell and Howell sold them for two years, and then either was purchased by Columbia, or transferred the rights to the McCobb design to Columbia. I believe it to be the first option.

In perfect shape, that price is in line, but as decrepit as it is, three or four bills is more appropriate.
