MCS 3237 problem

Hello all. First time poster. I acquired a 3237 from FBM recently and was surprised that it worked well.....until the two speakers wires contacted each other. Now the speakers are not working. The headphones do work fine, but not speakers. I've checked fuses and they all look OK. Any ideas?

Check two 4 amp fuses, F502 and F503, in path between output transistors and speaker select switches.

Here's a different thought. Do you perhaps have switches for both main and remote speakers "on" but only one set of speakers connected for testing? Because that situation will lead to no sound from the speakers.
