MCS 3245 Hum

Good morning/evening, whenever this is read. I have a MCS 3245 with a noticeable hum across all inputs no matter the volume. That led me to believe to recap the biggest caps on the power supply board, C706 and C705. To no avail still humming :[ . I have a hunch that the caps in the rectifier block might be going out. That or transistor Q703 is leaky. Any advice is greatly appreciated. The file attached is to the power supply board.

Caps aren't necessarily the first thing I'd go to to solve this issue. Ground loops can cause hums, multiple grounds not playing nice with one another. The addition of new appliances or moving the 3245 into a new area where appliances or things like florescent lighting can affect hum. Moving to a new, faulty ground connection can affect hum. Bad RCA cables can cause hum. Some receivers will hum if their metal case is not installed.
