MCS / Capetronic pin translation wanted

After discovering certain MCS models such as the 3233, 3235, 3245 are made by Capetronic. Which from what I understand, was an American company that had assembly done in Taiwan. I came across this pin when researching and I bought it. Is there anyone out there that can translate what is written on it?

The Chinese characters "凱普" (Kǎipǔ) are the direct phonetic translation of the company name Capetronic.
This is a commemorative souvenir pin given to employee members of Capetronic's corporate hiking and mountaineering club in Taiwan during a specific organized company excursion in 1987. In Taiwan and Hong Kong, it was incredibly common for massive manufacturing companies during the 1980s industrial boom to host heavily funded, active employee hobby clubs (like hiking, sports, or photography) to foster team building.
