Meyer Sound UPM-1 (Passive) - Worth refoaming?

Hello so I have 4 Meyer Sound UPM-1 passive speakers. Three of them need new foam surrounds and the previous owners replaced the drivers in the 4th at some point. I’ve done plenty of refoam jobs on old JBLs, Klipsch etc. but I’m new to Meyer gear. I know the powered UPM-1P versions are pretty pricey, but info on these older passive models is a bit sparse. Before I spend the time and money buying new foam and fixing them, I'm wondering if these are actually worth restoring, or if the passive models aren't really worth the effort. I know that people are all about the cabinet design and such so I was leaning towards going for it
Any info is appreciated Thanks!!

Looks like a Piezo Tweeter. I looked these up. Not much info on them, but resale is poor. They also have narrow dispersion by design. Seems like a budget oriented specialty pro speaker. Something setup to cover an unusual space, like a narrow bar in a restaurant. Meyer makes a lot of World Class products, but this is probably not one of them. I would not invest the time or the money.

They require a proprietary processor(P-1A) and are a 16 ohm cabinet, Meyer originally spec'd them to require a minimum 125w @16ohms amplifier. The processors are single channel, you'd need 2 for stereo.

yes you are right I forgot to mention they are a Piezo tweeter, They came from a casino, luckily they don't seem to have been in the smoking section. I was able to find some info on the Meyer legacy archive. They share the exact same cabinet and speaker and crossover setup as the active UPM-1P (which go for some ridiculous prices). And about the whole requiring a "Proprietary processor" I read that also in the documents i attached here but had no issue hooking the one good one to a source. There is a Metal box inside that I would like to take a look at, but reading the documentation there is a possibility whatever circuitry is housed within is potted:bs:...Maybe i will just try selling them as is for parts or something. I am attempting to move my repair business workspace into a small shed that I have been using to store some of the gear I have procured over the past few years. Trying to get most of it sold off
