The interesting part of this story, he bought the house for only $281,000 and the house has over 5,000 sq ft. Wow, talk about affordable housing.

Here is the story in the Trib.

Michael is divorced but has a good relationship with his ex-wife, they are seen together frequently attending school events of their two sons. Their oldest son plays for the University of Illinois basketball team as a second string guard.

Sounds like a good move on buying the house.

Sounds like a bad deal by putting some bankrupt model on the mortgage.
