Micro Acoustics 382 tracking force

Hey back in the summer my neighbour gave me his denon DP 35f direct drive turntable (!), and with a micro acoustics 382 (!!). anyways i realize after looking on the web i have a pretty good cartridge on there. however id like to make sure it has the proper tracking force, seeing as it probably hasn;t been adjusted in over 10-15 years. does anyone know the tracking force for it? any help would he great :)
