Micro-Cap SPICE simulator is FREE with no restrictions

Spectrum Software recently announced closure of their business. As a final gesture they made all their products FREE.

If you need a good SPICE simulator - go and grab it while you can: Micro-Cap User Downloads

Only two months ago you would have to pay over $4000 for it. Of cause do not expect any more updates.

Just got home and installed it. Seems to run just fine under WINE 1.6.2. I have not dones much with it and it runs the 32 bit version, not the 64 bit, but it does so successfully.

Got a lot to learn on this now.
