Micro Seiki CD-M2000X - anyone ever seen one/used one?

They seem to be ultra-rare as there is almost no info about them on the net, apart from the Vintage Knob:

Wow, that looks gorgeous, and it has the famous CDM-1 mechanism too. I'm guessing if any turned up on that auction site they would go for big money.

Has anyone here ever used one, and if so, how did it perform?

I have not used one, nor seen one. But I have owned or used a lot of CDM-1 based players and they all sounded at least excellent.

Thanks. It would be good to hear from someone who has used one.

I would like to get a Marantz CD94 MkII eventually, which also used the CDM-1. The champagne ones look particularly pretty but I'm guessing black would probably be cheaper.
