I can't get my tonearm to drop properly on my DD-24 - S arm style. The height adjustment screw is well raised so this is not the case. I used to live in a place where trains vibrated the house. Is there internal adjustment that will help lower the arm. Before it got to this point it was experiencing tracking issue, by skipping at the center of the record. If I put max weight on the arm it will make light contact on the record surface. Any ideas beyond getting it serviced? This is the first real setup issue I have dealt with in this regard. :tears:
