No such thing.. many a safe site out there infected with malware. Even CNN has been infected with malware in ads..

BTW, are all WinXP users surfing on a "limited user account" (as opposed to WinXP's default administrator setting? If so, Simi's analogy still applies even if you're running AV software IMHO. There a pretty cool little security utility called "DropMyRights" that works nicely in this regard.
