I've owned those speakers before. I loved the sound of them for jazz. Definetly made for a tube amp. For $20.00 you can't go wrong. They are very rare. I'm pretty sure they were the first Imperials ever made. Also the woofers have a foam like material that is over paper surrounds. They probably do not need to be refoamed. GOOD LUCK!!!
 
I'm thinking they are gone. No call or email from seller. I would imagine those went pretty quick.
