At least $5. Doubtful this will happen though. I have well-founded pessimism based on prior CL deals.
Yeah, as soon as he gets hit with the first 20 e-mails saying they want it, he'll realize his mistake, pull it, research it, and put it up next week for $250
Or, someone will tell him they'll give him $50 or $100 for it, and he'll sell it to the highest bidder.
