A couple of weeks ago I got some awesome advent prodigy tower speakers from salvation army for less than $20 which had to be refoamed so I did that and the sound was slammin. So today I felt like tweaking the speaker a little by adding more foam to the existing yellow foam inside WOW!!, crystal clear mids and highs,but loss some of the boomy bass. I have two questions for the speaker experts. 1.Now I can open up my receivers volume pass the 12 o'clock position why is that? 2.And no more boom boom from the lows why is that?
