Mint Marantz 2265b Receiver

I have a chance to buy a mint Marantz 2265b Receiver from the original owner including the original manual ans sales receipt. It has been in storage since 1982. He is asking $250. Does this sound like a decent price or should I hold out for something larger for that price?

Thats a little too high IMHO. See if you can negotiate with the guy down to around $175-$200. That's a bit more reasonable.

As long as it works I would be fine with that price if it has the cabinet: If not, the price seems a tad high.
