Mirrored 6's

This is the second time I have seen mirrored Imperial 6's. Given the difficulty involved in modifying (taking old baffle out) it seems the factory must have made mirrored pairs. Or maybe they made a run of "righties" and then paired them with their reflected other. The other pair I saw was on a Japanese ad. I've never seen any mirrored Imperial 7. Both of the 6's had the brown woofer instead of the blue as well. Any thoughts on this?

I know I would love to stumble upon another pair...mirrored would be WAY COOL

Thats a new one on me. I got mine cheap with a blown woofer. I picked up a new woofer and tweeter and both were brown. So one speaker has the black drivers, the other brown. I didn't take note of the old cabinet the brown ones came from. Now I wish I had. If it was mirrored I should have snagged the cabinet too! Thanks for the post Wizard. Now I have something else to keep an eye out for.
