Mitsubishi DP-630

I found a mitsubishi dp-630 in my dad's wharehouse, it has a few problems. /i would appreciate any help.
1) Once I plug the powercord it starts spinning, the up and down lever does nothing - acctually it looks like it;s stuck in the "up" position.
2) If I press the microswitch by hand it stops
3) The start stop switch dows nothing

It's like something is missing, a spring or something, or the plastic levers are out of position.
I' ve posted a couple of picks

It probably needs a good cleaning and relubrication of all the internal gears and electronic controls (might have to soak those micro switches in cleaning solutions). Needs a lot of love, that's for sure.

So, I greased everything but something is wrong. If anyone has the same turntable, I would appreciate a feedback. At the photos, is there something missing ? A spring or something?
