Mitsubishi Lt-30 turntable won't sense record with picture

ok so upon removing the bottom. I noticed a blue wire that was free hanging down there and I spotted where it was removed from and soldered it. I have a feeling it may be the wrong location. Would anyone shed some light on this topic.As seen from picture the blue wire. It still has the issue of not sensing the record is there. But it automatically knows which size record it is. Was told it was a wheat bulb. But I have not noticed any wheat bulbs anywhere on this. Could anyone assist with some information. Thank you.

Do a search here on the LT-30 , there are a couple of pretty lengthy threads on them , hopefully the pictures carried over to the new site . Several members know these tables well , they should chime in .
 
Hope that last link helps you out, the Mitsubishi Lt 30 is one of the better Japanese servo linears made. And worth getting in correct order.
