Model 18 Repair Service provider

I am looking for a Reliable and Reputable repair service. I'm pulling my hair out and about to scream! I find one, only to learn the guy is a jerk, or "I no longer do repairs" or "restorations."

I am NOT handy with a soldering iron and being dyslexic reading spreadsheets or circuit diagrams is agony.

Any references?

My beloved 18-7892 needs a new AC cord, the left channel is out and I am sure it needs new caps, etc.
